Throughout my adult life, I’ve been struck by the deep-rooted structural inefficiencies that plague both government and private enterprise.  The urgency of reform is palpable, and we must address these issues head-on, without delay.

Many workers took on a job without regard for productivity and output.

Certain social norms, such as work-from-home arrangements, labor unions, protected classes, institutions, non-profits, and governments with privileged monopoly status, can enhance entrenchments and inefficiencies.

If called to order, most organizations, particularly governments, could eliminate useless, entrenched bureaucrats, such as those in redundant administrative roles or those who resist technological advancements, and downsize by 50%.

It’s a reality I never thought I’d see- a day when people finally have enough.

The Trump administration is making strides in this direction, and it’s heartening to see that the people support this process.  However, there’s still more that can be done to accelerate this change.

People like me, who are passionate about reform, need your support.  We want to see the process accelerate, and we can only do that with your help.  Your role in this change is crucial—it’s time to come together and make a change.

If we undertake a comprehensive overhaul, all organizations could operate at their optimal size and efficiency.  This could wipe out the national annual deficit of $ 3.5 trillion, allow for tax cuts, and restore the value of strong work ethics.  The potential benefits of reform are immense, offering a hopeful future, and it’s time we start realizing them.

Merit-based hiring, advancements, and status are the way forward, ensuring fairness and equality for all except the entrenched workers and the parasitic class.
